1 Dooreea Sullah
A striped muslin of native make in India, from 16th to 18th century. Each thread in the stripes was a twofold one. The stripe threads were usually made of Seronge cotton. Made 36-in. to 54-in., 10 to 20 yards, and 1,500 to 2,000 threads in the warp. The stripes were 6 lines in each, 5/8 - in. wide and 5/8-in. apart.
